Dealer's notes

2012 Jeep Compass Latitude with only 85k miles. This Jeep is a great size for somebody looking for an SUV that is easy to drive easy to park and still gives you plenty of room and comfort. The Latitude package gives it a much nicer look and feel compared to the base models and overall this Compass presents itself very well for the year. Runs and drives great with a smooth ride comfortable interior and cold AC. The engine and transmission feel solid and the vehicle drives nicely down the road without any warning lights on the dash. Perfect daily driver for somebody looking for something dependable practical and affordable without jumping into a huge SUV payment. Carfax shows 10 service history records and only minor damage reported nothing severe. Last owned in Massachusetts and previously owned by only two owners. With only 85k miles this is a very low mileage Compass for the year and it definitely shows in the way it drives. Clean title clean presentation and ready for its next owner.

Finding a diesel mechanic is probably the most difficult thing to do in the automotive world. Finding one that is responsive, will take on a difficult project, and stands by their work without blaming it on the truck is next to impossible. I brought my 1995 gmc k3500 lifted navy truck to them and they took very good care of it. High pressure fuel pump, ac system replacements, 2 intake manifold gaskets, steering components, alignment, and more done to this vehicle. When I say I needed to be pushed in to this shop I’m not kidding. I needed to be pushed in by another truck from breaking down on the highway. When this truck came out of their garage bays it sounded better, drove better, and handled better. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I only hope they keep taking me as a customer as I know diesel trucks, especially this one is a “pain in the rear” to work on. Thank you guys

My car started feeling heavy in drive mode for a long while before getting a flashing D and VTM-4 error. I brought the car to my usual mechanic and they recommended replacing transmission oil then changing it when that didn't work. I brought to Ken's Car care. They throughoughly inspected my car and found that the issues were wires. They replaced the harness and grounds. It still feels more heavy than it used to but a lot less than before. The error is gone and pedals feel more responsive. They probably saved me a couple of grands.
