2014 Jeep Compass

Had a great overall experience at this dealership. I am a repeat customer who leased a 2021 Kia Sorrento and returned at a end of March, this year and leased a new Kia Sorrento PHEV Hybrid. I had the pleasure again of working with my previous salesman, Joseph Samartina, who was great. He has been forthcoming in reaching out to me every so often to touch base and always responds back with any questions I have when I call or email him about my car. Did have an issue recently, but it was resolved amicably. I even referred my mother, who last year leased a new Kia too. Both transactions I had were non-pressured and ran smoothly. I definitely recommend this dealer and I am certain will be back again. Lastly I love my car. It is the top of the line Kia Sorrento with all the bells & whistles. Best car I ever owned and got a terrific deal too!!!!

I recently had to buy a new vehicle. Fortunately, I hadn't had to do this in about seven years. I ended up buying a Kia, which is a sister brand of Hyundai. My experience at the dealership was great. I was greeted by the sales manager, Julian, who told me "we'll take good care of you." I work in customer service, so I know how important it is to follow through on what you say. I'm a "show me" person, so I was very impressed when my sales rep, Ismail, and the finance manager, Patrick, did just that. They were honest about what they could do and any limitations they had. They worked with me to come up with an agreement that we were both comfortable with. Patrick even took the time to explain all the paperwork, even though it was very late and he had a long drive home. I never felt rushed. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with this team. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership and these folks.
