2013 Jeep Patriot Sport

Our family was on a road trip in our shuttle bus rv conversion when the serpentine belt broke during a pit stop in Rolla. We camped out in the gas station parking lot and I called Wicklund first thing in the morning. Doug said he'd have us back on the road that day. He picked up the bus in his tow truck and gave all four of us a ride to the shop. Once we got checked in we told him we would take a Lyft to grab breakfast and check in later but Doug was nice enough to loan us a car for the day! He even gassed it up for us! We were able to take the kids to breakfast AND fugitive beach (awesome swimming spot in Rolla). Doug and his crew were kind and friendly and got the bus fixed up. We ended up needing a new AC Compressor and Water Pump. They called to make sure we were okay with the repair and the price before moving forward and were transparent about their rates, which I really appreciated. Price for the work was fair, especially considering how quickly they got us in and out. At the end of the day my son said, "this was the best breakdown we've ever had!" You can't get a better review than that. Thanks for getting us back on the road saving our vacation, Wicklund crew!

I just want to give a huge shoutout for the amazing service I received for my daughter’s 2011 Lincoln MKT. On Memorial Day, when most places were closed, they still came through for me. They towed my daughter’s vehicle within an hour of our call, which was incredibly fast and a huge relief. They handled everything professionally and got the car taken care of fast. They ended up replacing the alternator, starter, and battery, and now the car is running great again. What stood out the most was how responsive and dependable they were even on a holiday. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround and honest work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable automotive service. My daughter and I are very thankful!

Today our alternator went out while we were driving. We were two hours from home and had 3 babies 3 and under with us. They answered our call on a Saturday afternoon, came and picked us and our babies up from autozone today and got our car completely fixed within two hours. Letting us sit in the office with them and making us feel like old friends/family the whole time. 10/10 would recommend.
