Bought the car with my son, and when my son went to put gas in it an hour later, it would not drive. It would go into gear, but nothing would happen. I thought “we are screwed.“ I called the dealership and Jesus and Alex actually shocked me. They apologized profusely and said they would get a tow truck out there to get it, and immediately told me that since I literally just bought it a few hours ago that they would either fix it or give me my money back. I couldn’t believe it. They had the car for several days, figured out what was wrong with it, and fixed it. It’s running great. This is uncommon customer service and uncommon business practice. These guys can be trusted.
