Far and away the best experience I've had with a car dealership ever! I was an out of state buyer for a used Chevy Bolt they on their lot. I worked with Erin. She was very transparent about everything with the vehicle since I couldn't see it in person. We got all the paperwork done over DocuSign and Mark delivered it less than two days later. Very fair price! My local dealers were still trying to charge above KBB, but not this dealership. I would definitely recommend Petersen Chevrolet to any out of state buyers that are looking outside of their immediate market.
