I went to Santana Auto Group to buy my first car. I was helped by Mauricio, he did a good job explaining all the details, making sure I felt confident with my purchase, and answering all my questions. Everyone is very attentive and respectful. So far I’ve been driving my new car for a month and it feels great. I would recommend it to any first car buyers.
Be experiencing i’ve had i went to so many dealers to get the best deal & honestly santana auto group really helps you with everything they can. Thanks to them i have my car now & i love it.
Jorge contacted me and was very professional and open to help me out with the complete diagnostic and repair for the car, At the Santa ana Auto Service Area they told me that the car was perfectly fine because there was no error codes, Jorge contacted me and i explained what was going on with the fuel consumption, went to another especialist that he told me to and in fact the O2 sensors wasn't working they replaced it both of them and now the car is running much better and with good MPG as it should. Thank you Jorge for taking care of the car and myself as a customer i would definitely come back. Update: about 4 attempts of fixing the car at the Service car dealer they couldn't work or fix it they told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the car even the seller Ramon was rude to me when i brought the car so they can check it owner told me to bring it so they can re check it why is it consuming fuel faster they told me AGAIN nothing was wrong. Went to another shop repair mechanic and they showed me the o2 sensor wasn't working . Now im stuck with a 4 cylinder high fuel consumption mpg around 16. -------- Got my car about two weeks ago ... First my brakes where noisy they asked me to just drive the car and come back, they replaced it after a week because yea they heard the scratching sound that it had, no issues until the second week after i purchased the car (still under warranty ) i called back cause i had a error code on my car and also i told them that the car MPG is at 15.9 ~ 16mpg they even told me that is very low. They assigned a date to check it, got there first thing morning after a week of waiting. They only connected the Obd2 read the errors and erase the code they didnt even told me about the code that it had i knew there is something wrong cause i before going scanned with my obd2 and showed the error code (like in the picture), i am still having issues on gas consumption and they told me some excuse saying that it's normal on city (15mpg ~ 16mpg ) which is not and that there's nothing wrong with it because there is no code error or check engine light on the dashboard. Im still having issues with gas consumption and they wont check it because there is " no error code " Its a 2.5lt 4 cil and its consuming as a 6v. I attached the picture of my obd2 scanner that shows the code i had before they did a " reset
