The owner were amazing!!! me and my wife’s car broke down the next town over and we were 3 1/2 hours away from home and had no idea what to do after our car transmission went completely out. The owners were able to get us approved and financed for a car that exceeded my expectations. In every way they even fed us lunch while we were stuck there with no vehicle and also sent their daughter to pick us up so we could come look at vehicles on the lot. I will definitely be a return customer. These people are absolute gems and so are the cars they’re selling.
My wife and I were just driving through town on the highway on our way back from visiting family out of town when the card that we just bought nine months ago broke down. It was 103° outside and we had two large dogs with us And nowhere to go and no way to get anywhere. We called around to every mobile mechanic we could find online and nobody would answer the phone for us and if they did, they declined coming to help us because they were busy. When we finally got someone to answer at a tow company, they wanted to charge us $1200 to tow our car that doesn’t work at all to our hometown Branson, Missouri. We went and got a hotel room and sat down and thought about what The best course of action for us would be. Luckily, somebody gave us the phone number to Route 66 auto. They were absolute lifesaver in our situation. They got us approved for a beautiful car and we were able to drive home that same day in a car that exceeded even my expectations. They are the most friendly likable helpful people you will ever meet. I am so grateful that we know them now. They even fed us while we were there and picked up our broke down vehicle for us from the gas station it broke down at. These guys are amazing in every way. I will definitely be a return customer!!!
