I recently purchased a vehicle from Cadillac of Birmingham for my daughter. My representative was Dutch Miller. Prior to speaking to Dutch, I was online and had contacted multiple other dealers over a period of a week. I kept speaking with people who would not provide straight answers and who had unrealistic prices. With Dutch and his team, this was not the case. So much so, that I flew into to Birmingham from the East Coast of Virginia. Dutch met me at the airport personally, and when I got to the dealership, he had lunch for me. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the pictures matched the way it looked in person. Side note: I recently retired after 25 years in the Army and I have personally own more that 40 vehicles. I know professionalism and have dealt with many dealerships in the past. I can honestly say, I would do business with Dutch and his team again and would recommend anyone in the area to try here first. In fact, the next time I am in the market, I will consider them first and may end up taking another flight to Birmingham.
Ask for Dutch. He was truly amazing. He bent over backwards and went way above and beyond helping us order, acquire, and set up our dream car. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient throughout the entire process, answering endless questions (often the same questions multiple times) at all hours of the day and night, even coming to our house to program our garage door opener, and making sure we were comfortable every step along the way. We are thrilled with our new Escalade and truly enjoyed the whole experience (especially because of Dutch.) He is a true professional, sincere “gentleman,” and anyone in the market for a new Cadillac (or any car for that matter) should consider themselves very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him. We are 110% satisfied with our purchase and will return to Mr. Dutch and Cadillac of Birmingham for future vehicle purchases.
