2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude

I will never go to another car dealership. I just got my first car here at Hudson Ford, and I had the most wonderful, welcoming, and friendly experience with it. I went in knowing very little about the process. Doug and Levi were amazing with walking me through the process, and I could not thank them enough. Doug is the epitome of customer service, and he's so well versed that his decades of service shine with his personality. There was no judgment, no pressure, nothing but reassurance and knowledge. He was swift with helping me, and getting my first car was painless. And big thank you to Levi for helping me with all the financial stuff. He was also just so kind and talented in his field, it was calming to trust them so so much. Again, for going into my first car by myself, it was nice to know I wasn't there alone. My wife and I spent time with Jeremy looking at trucks. Jeremy bent over backward to answer our questions and show the features of the F-150 we were looking at. Hudson did not quite have what we were looking for - we had a very specific wish list. If they had, we would have had no hesitancy buying from them. We had visited several dealers and they were top notch.
