Fine folks here finally. I was searching for someone decent to do the work on my vehicle and I’m so glad that I decided to take it to the dealer in Pensacola. They were so professional and kept the promised scheduled kind of surprising delivery date to be completed. I absolutely recommend not only the service department, but I also recommend the sales department quite highly, no sales pressure.

Centennial Imports is the only place I will take my Mercedes for any service after my most recent experience! Before bringing my car to Centennial, I had been to two other places in town which were unable to fix the problem. One even told me I needed $8,000 worth of repairs. Jeff, the service department manager, made sure that I was taken care of the entire time. Chris, my service advisor, did the same and kept me updated with pictures and videos. Centennial truly looks out for its customers and has a very personable, knowledgable team!
