2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus

I just bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited!!! I absolutely love it and this was the best car buying experience i have ever had. God sent Thomas to me as soon as I arrived on the lot! He was awesome! Very polite and a total gentleman. He gave me the quotes for the cars I was interested in and the next day we test drove all 3 vehicles. The process was so quick and simple. Just bought my first Jeep. A Grand Cherokee. Couldn’t have been a better experience! Steven Massei was very professional and offered a great deal. Stephen Hancock in Financing never pressured me to add on to the deal more than I needed. Worked side rails into the deal and when I took to the parts department to have them installed, they worked great to get it done in a quick time and even delivered the vehicle back to my place of employment.overall, a really great experience!

I had taken my 23’ Gladiator in to have engine issue checked. From scheduling the appointment to getting it through service was fast and efficient. The service manager, Tracy and Randy were very helpful. I will make sure and carry my vehicle back here if another issue may arise.
