I went to Cargill Chevrolet in Putnam Ct. to buy a 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500hd crew cab. I had one of the best salesman that I've ever dealt with (Aaron Dalpe). After a full year I finnally had a dealer that was willing to negotiate over the phone. I work 6 days a week 10hrs a day. I dont have the time for the BS. Aaron was FANTASTIC. He put his faith in me that I wasn't BS him. I was able to bring all the documents required & drove my new truck home once all the paperwork was completed. I hope other dealers see this and take note. Not all of us need to see your shop, waiting area, or whatever else you're pushing. We just want to get to the bottom line & buy.
