2012 Jeep Liberty

First, let me say I drove an hour to get to this dealer. I can honestly say that this was one of the most successful and easy processes of buying a car I've EVER had. Bill made this happen in no time at all. What took the longest? The test drive. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my subaru. Shortly after I purchased it, however, I noticed that the fuel tank was rotted out and did not hold more than half a tank. I contacted Bill, and he immediately said he would take care of it. Bill is a great guy, and I'm really glad I bought a car from Rochester imports. I do indeed recommend this dealership. It may not look like much on the outside, but on the inside, you got a wonderful salesman and in the lot you have cars that get taken care of!

We had a great experience buying a first car for a college kid from Bill. He had a good selection with reasonable prices, and we tried several cars. A mechanic identified a few minor issues in the car that we selected, and Bill got it fixed in 24 hrs. Bill did the pre purchase inspection and registration. Overall, very positive and stress-free experience, I highly recommend it.

The price was also air and reasonable. Had the car ready to go with tags and the work we asked to be done complete within just a few days!
