The whole team made us feel very comfortable through the whole process of buying a car. When you go to a dealership you go in with this pre conceived view it is going to be difficult. Our experience was as far from that as you can get going to Grand Junction VW. They gave us fair value for our trade in and did everything they could to make us feel at home. They have some of the friendliest employees that are always willing to help. Erik is amazing. He always takes the time to explain everything to me. Grand junction Volkswagen service center is the only people I trust to bring my car into. When I brought my car in it had a coolant leak and an overheating issue. They found the leak that day, and had all the parts in the shop. Then they had my car ready the next day! They got my family and I back on road safely.
