2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4

I totaled my car in September and have been absolutely dreading the car buying process since. I visited a couple dealerships and left disappointed— unfriendly, pushy staff, cars not as advertised, etc. I had a lot of anxiety walking into Bill Walsh because of previous experiences, but they exceeded expectations in all the best ways. Jake, the salesman is definitely an asset. He was very patient and upfront during the entire experience. He helped us find the best car to fit our needs and helped us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The finance manager was also very professional and helpful. This is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had and will be returning for any future needs. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Bill Walsh is definitely the place to go. I purchased a 2025 Grand Highlander. My salesman Israel Mercado "Izzy" was absolutely amazing from the time he greeted us when we walked in until he delivered the vehicle at the end. He was completely understanding and not pushy at all. The general manager Pete is very honest and fair in his offers. Norma in finance made finalizing the deal a breeze.
