2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4

Coming from Oklahoma I had an unexpected service issue. (After a 20+ hour drive) Even though the service department was extremely short handed, the young lady advisor (Jeanette), and singular technician (Andy) jumped in gear to make sure I was taken care of. As a customer relations director for another CDJR Autogroup in another State, I can honestly say that they went above and beyond to make sure customer experience was a top priority. I could not be more satisfied!

From the first phone call until delivery this was an excellent experience. We bought a brand new Ram sight unseen from Amanda. She was great! She answered all of our questions, got back to us quickly and got us a nice deal on the truck we searched the whole country for. Jim (2) was also great to work with, never pushy or scammy like so many other dealers we called or went to. We drove from Scottsdale, AZ and they were kind enough to meet us at the airport. Why can’t all car dealers be like these guys?
