Our experience at Jaguar was absolutely amazing. We had our windshield replaced through a 3rd party and they fixed their missed mistakes without charging. I won’t be going anywhere else to get things done because they know how to take care of their customers. Also, Tonya Stroup is absolutely amazing and does everything for her customers to help them and get them back on the road as quick as possible. After having a terrible experience at another dealership as I was searching for my next "new to me" vehicle I found a vehicle that fit what I was looking for at Jaguar At Boise. So after work I headed over to look into it closer. Upon arriving Jeannette greeted me. From the start she was very pleasant to work with. She pulled the vehicle around, showed me the key features and explained the CPO warranty. After letting me take the car for a test drive (alone which is a huge thing for me, as I hate to have someone staring at me as I drive and figure out everything), I returned to say that I would like to come back on the weekend to have my wife look at it too. She went in and spoke with Scotty the center manager and they told me I could take it home and bring it back the following evening. This was great, I didn't have to rush or feel pressured. We really appreciated their approach to a process many of us hate and made it a pleasure to work with them. We ultimately decided to purchase this vehicle and the rest of the process was equally easy to do. No pressure or tactics that would make most of us uneasy or reinforce our past poor car purchasing experience. I truly felt valued as a customer and would happily purchase from them again.
