2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4

The initial sales cycle was superb. Joel was great. The sales manager’s style wasn’t exactly my cup of tea, but he was pleasant enough. Car could have been better prepped for delivery and the deal processing resources were an army of 1, so from agreeing on a price to exiting the dealer was a 3 hour process…overall a decent experience.

I had the best experience dealing with John. He made buying this truck really easy and was very nice to work with. Thanks John for helping me get into my new ride. I love it!

Go find James May.. he sold us our car last year and emailed this year that he had a car come in that we might like..he was right! 6yrs newer and only $2000 m ore than what we paid for our 2015...sooo yes we bought it..thanks James May for looking out for us after the original sale.
