2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 4X4

I recently got to work with Jake on the purchase of my very first BRAND NEW CAR! He was really great working with my indecisiveness and didn't have a problem with me needing 3 separate appointments to finally make a decision! We had our first experience with Holmes-Tuttle Ford. We took our Lincoln in for annual service and had a recall addressed. Our Service Advisor, Rebecca was superb! She met us at the car the instant we pulled in and knew who we were. She told us it would be about 90 minutes and showed us where we could get a cup of complimentary coffee. 90 Minutes later, the car was washed, serviced and had the recall performed. Rebecca was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was a real pleasure to work with.
