2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

It was overall a very pleasant experience. I called ahead and met with a salesman, Larry. Went for a smooth test drive with him and my wife. When we got back to the dealership they were very patient and attentive to our needs. The sales manager, Brent, was even able to get me a loan with a lower APR than the one I was already approved for. Process did take some time but I was able drive home with a new car the same day.

Came in thinking of purchasing one truck they had and unfortunately it was sold before I arrived. Larry worked with my wife and I to find a better option that we hadn't considered that worked really well for us. He was very patient and answered all of our questions to the best of his ability. I would absolutely recommend working with him. He wasn't pushy or demanding at all and took into account what we were looking for to get us what worked for us.
