New country Mercedes has the best personnel my wife and I have dealt with, over many years buying new vehicles. Great service, I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. A special shoutout to Benard, he is smart, kind, caring and very good at following up!. This is our 1st Mercedez Benz, model AMG GLC 43 purchase. Very pleased with it, can’t wait to try all its power after the break in period. We named it “princess” Right now it’s parked in our garage and only take it out during fair weather. Thank you!!!!

Since this about the 6th or 7th car we’ve bought at New Country, I am getting used to the wonderful service that is provided there. Having said that, Mirela was exceptional in my opinion. Although I was pretty committed to just exercising my purchase option on my previously leased GLC when I first talked to Mirela, she subtly encouraged me to try a test drive of the 2024 GLC model , which was an excellent way to get me to consider other options. The more I looked at the 2024, the more intrigued I became with it . From there we discussed pricing and payment options. And although we hit a couple of dead ends along the way, including having a car we were very close to agreement on price being sold out from underneath her by another salesperson. Mirela was undeterred, however. From our previous discussions, she knew what was important to me and came back with a different proposal on a higher priced 2024 model. A couple of minor tweaks later we had a deal. I just picked up the car and it’s great and the process of going through the paperwork was much quicker than I remembered. The process and the product could not be better. Thank everyone involved and particularly Mirela for her great work.

New Country Mercedes is a great dealership. All the staff are very attentive, friendly and courteous. Dan in the service area is great. Chris R in sales goes above and beyond. The finance manager, Abu, is so kind and helpful. Tarique is so patient and knowledgeable on explaining everything. Overall a great experience!
