2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

Just Wanted to respond quickly to Ms. S M regarding the Nissan Pathfinder she purchased from us a few years ago. My apologies for not responding sooner. We often have single moms as customers, and acknowledge the issues faced in this situation. We try to do our best to help all our customers keep their cars running when having issues and that is why we provide a mechanic on site, just for our customer vehicles; to keep repair costs at half of what most mechanic shops would charge, and addressing issues as quickly as possible to get you back on the road. This particular customer specified that she needed a 4x4 because she lives on a dirt road and this pathfinder was one we had in stock at the time. As with all 4x4 vehicles--expenses are often higher than with a standard car. She was very excited to find this pathfinder here and that it was a: "Buy Here-Pay Here" situation that would work for her. Occasionally, an alternator or battery may go bad, and need replacing--especially if someone leaves the door open or a light on in the vehicle. Occasionally, battery cables need to be cleaned or replaced--a messy and inconvenient part of owning a car for sure. Ms. S M was a very good customer of ours, and drove this vehicle for over 2 years with many miles added. After having been in business for over 30 years we have learned that as much as we would like to--"you cannot make %100 of your customers happy --%100 of the time." We wish Ms. S M the very best.

Friendly service, great cash deals. I've bought 3 vehicles there over the years and I always come back to them for help for repairs/maintenance, because they don't charge as much as any repair shop, they just try to keep you on the road. Thank you!
