I have nothing but good things to say about CRS Auto Group. The staff was professional and helpful from the very first phone call. The car was immaculately cleaned when I picked it up and the paperwork was handled swiftly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car the radio had gone out and we cut a deal for a discount. I took it to a local repair shop in Milwaukee and they quoted me 1,000’s of dollars to repair it. As a woman I feel like this happens to me ALL THE TIME. I took the car back to Kumar at CRS and he had his mechanic fix it in days for $200 and he took care of the cost! It was a great experience, I never felt taken advantage of once, and I’d recommend CRS (Helen and Kumar) Auto Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We only came in to r-e-n-t a "special vehicle" for a few days while family was in from out of town. The car was stunning and had been so amazingly cared for by Kumar's team (engine, tires, everything!) and the quality of his conversations with us so honest and knowledgeable that we talked to him about buying. He allowed us to take the car into our mechanic and we purchased the car that same WEEK. We're already making plans for a second vehicle purchase from him. Truthfully, I told Kumar I almost don't want to post a review because he is a hidden GEM and I don't want to share the CRS secret! Run - don't walk. This is the best dealer you can find in this area. I promise. Although they have a limited collection of cars due to their smaller scale, each one of their cars is in good condition and has been well maintained. They treat customers with hospitality, honesty, and patience. I've been to many other places before I decided to purchase a car here, because this is the only place where I felt being cared about. They understand your needs, respect your preferences, and give useful advice. They really want to make sure you will enjoy the car you prefer. Highly recommended!
