2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

Overall good experience. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. Definitely the youngest guy there but currently my favorite. Likes to gear away from the robot style of cars salesman everyone else had there. Which made me feel better through the whole experience. I was in-between 2023 Pathfinder and another car from Valor in Junction City. The vehicle I wanted to see was at a sister dealership and Kevin went and drove it back for my family to see. Even being young he focused on making sure my family was comfortable. Let us put the car seats in and the whole family test drive. Once I moved on to other people such as finance. They weren’t rude by any means, but made it feel like it’s life or death to buy into their protection plan. With insurance and a vehicle that still has 3 and half year manufacturer warranty I didn’t want it. I denied it multiple times and they kept preaching it. I understand this is where they really scrap more money off you but it kind of got uncomfortable the pressure they kept pushing on it. They even brought in a person that tried to play this fake employee discount to get me to opt in. After finally settling with a loan I could make work the rest of the finance process was comfortable. Again before leaving had a good chat with Kevin. Apparently works locally at a bar and really looking forward to come across him there as-well.

I went to Briggs Supercenter yesterday to get a new car as a birthday gift for myself. The whole experience was wonderful and went smoothly with the help from Hyram and Micah. I was looking for an affordable pre-owned vehicle with less than 60k mileage and a budget at $15k. I ended up getting the 2021 Chevy Spark that has only 38k mileage and fits my budget. Both Hyram and Micah are really professional and know their business well. Highly recommended if you need help with choosing your next vehicle and related issues!

The sales rep. That helped me, Mack, was pleasant to work with! He steamrolled the process for me, got me within budget and helped me keep my eyes on a car that was more adequate for said budget! The whole team over there was eager to see me get a car, and just made the afternoon quick and efficient. I am satisfied, and can’t recommend the guys enough. Thanks again guys!
