2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

From another dealership's perspective, this is a great dealership. I'm the title's manager from a different state, and called because an attachment to the title of the car we bought from auction was missing. Receptionist was kind, and polite. Jarrod was awesome. He offered to get me a new POA by having a salesman who lives in the same neighborhood as the customer. He definitely went above and beyond and my customer and I appreciate it. Great Customer service!

The service department, parts department, and body shop are all excellent service! Smokey's departments all worked together to get my vehicle done in one day!
