2016 Jeep Cherokee 75th Anniversary 4X4

We stopped by on a whim to look at a 2016 Ford Edge. I like that they had a CARFAX report for the car, this is valuable. It seemed like a good car and we put $100 down on for them to hold it until 3 pm the next day to buy. After checking online about the reliability of this type car we decided against buying it. I called at 3 to let them know we would not be buying the car and I'd like my money back since it's after 3, no need to hold the car further. They kept the money (the letter we signed in Spanish said they could, but I don't speak Spanish). They could have chosen to be kind humans (Do Unto Others as You Would Have Them Do Unto You) and give me the money back, but they were in their right not to, so didn't. Otherwise would be a 5-Star rating. FYI, their BBB rating is pretty bad.
