2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

Our salesman Marcus was patient, kind, and did a great job with our paperwork. He was attentive without being pushy, and he did his best to make our car-buying experience as easy as possible. On the other hand, I give ZERO stars to the person responsible for the detailing. It was literally the worst detailing job I've ever seen, including the time when I bought at a salvage auction. The windshield was covered in streaks, inside and out. The interior had some kind of sticky/slimy substance spread over the armrests. There were spots all over the entire dash and console, like someone sprayed something on it but didn't bother to wipe it off. I'm assuming they wiped something, though, because they left a dirty rag sitting on the passenger seat. I found the engine compartment in the same condition: some kind of sticky, slippery spray was applied haphazardly over the non-metal parts of the engine. I don't know what the car looked like before the detailing, but it couldn't have been worse than this. I did bring this to Dan's attention, but all he did was laugh, mumble something, and leave. At the very least, he should have offered to have someone go out and wipe down the windshield for safety. What I would truly have appreciated would have been a credit towards a detailing service. I give this business 4 stars overall because of our experience with Marcus. (One star subtracted for Dan and the terrible detailing experience.)
