I spoke with JP on phone about 2013 Ford explorer. He had it ready and was great about getting appointment set up. I ran late so Ray took care of me. He was upfront with the vehicle and on the ball. Great time while doing paperwork and waiting for insurance to be processed telling stories to each other. Then surprised me with the wonderful warranty and services that come with purchase. Wow! What a great experience. From the time we came to the time we left we were super well taken care of. It was a very busy day but hey! Good problem for a business to have! Corey walked us through finding a good option for our large family of 6 and then Ray made the finance and completion of the sale the easiest we’ve ever had buying a car. They made sure our new to us car was safe and reliable and ready for our family. The icing on the cake was the reassurance that our rowdy kids were actually well behaved and gave us a true sense that this is a family focused business!!
