2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

It was my first time buying a car, I contacted Mike Burns through CarGurus. He answered all my questions and set up a time for me to come see the car. Very flexible with me once I said I didn’t want the original car I went for. If there was a car in my price range, Mike was honest and would tell me whether the car would be good or not. Mike found me a great deal for an Audi that was in my budget. He was so friendly and I felt like he seriously cared about finding me the best thing for my life. I had a fantastic experience yesterday when buying my new truck. I spoke on the phone around lunch time to schedule a test drive and Chris was able to fit me in on the same day. After the test we agreed on a price and Myles got me settled on financing. The entire process took three hours with a little issue on my part with insurance. Chris seemed very knowledgeable about the trucks features and the whole car buying process. I didn't feel overly pressured him or the financing department. After all my paperwork was signed, they had the techs give it a quick detail and I was on the road!
