2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

I was met with a GOOD MORNING when I drove in. JJ was absolutely amazing, very courteous and professional. Reviewed my request for service to make sure I knew exactly what I should expect. He followed up with me several times while I waited. The work was completed in a timely manner.

I was very happy with the service that I received at Hyundai in Turnersville. However, I was not extremely happy with getting at least eight different text and email messages reminding me of my appointment. I am happy that they found that there was a recall for my vehicle. I wish I had gotten that notice ahead of time as well. Tammy did great in receiving me first thing in the morning and having my vehicle serviced as requested. She was the one that found that there was a recall and had it addressed while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. The amenities that were offered during my weight time were good. I also appreciate getting every car wash for my vehicle after it is serviced.

I drove into the dealership and was greeted instantly upon my arrival. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and had a refrigerator stocked with cold water. My car was excellently cared for additionally the price was lower than what was estimated. That was definitely a plus.
