After striking out at my local dealerships (VA), I decided to go online car shopping and could not be happier. After experiencing high markups with processing fees in Florida, and Texas out of my driving range, I ran across this gem of a dealership in Alabama! I am grateful to have worked with Amber who handled all the details and any of my requests – including photos and videos of the car and answering any questions I had about online car buying. Within a 48 hours we had worked out a deal and she quickly moved onto logistics. And that’s where I was fortunate to meet Wendell, “the Driver!” Wendell and I had a wonderful time sharing life’s stories where we talked for over an hour. By the time we arrived at the dealership, I felt as if we had known each other for many years. What a blessing! Working with Olivia was another highlight of their exceptional service. We spent a couple days crunching numbers and running rates, so when it was time to wrap things up there were zero surprises. The whole experience of online car shopping was much better than I imaged and it’s because of good people willing to go the extra mile. People who are fun, engaging and want to help you. Overall a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and from previous experiences with car buying at other dealerships she is certainly a breath of fresh air.
