2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

Great customer service, KTEE worked hard to find me a ride and get me on the road! I appreciate everything he did for me. If you need a good ride go check them out they will take good care of you, I promise you that and they will work hard to find you a good car with a great deal.

I love their customer service and the Lady Samantha was very nice. And she explained everything so easy for me to understanding. And I walked out happy and I will surely refer my family and friends to do busy with them.

Down below is my first review, but now since they’re under new management I’m highly satisfied:) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…and very poor communication skills. We was trying to purchase a vehicle, he said he was holding it for someone else which is fine….he showed us a second choice and told us to come back the following day at 4. Mind you he has our phone number. We arrived the next day at 4 as we agreed on. His employee got the vehicle all set for us to purchase, the he comes and says not only is he still holding the vehicle for someone else but he sold the second option he showed us. He clearly could have called us to say something before having us come back for nothing. That is just extremely unprofessional. Not to mention after a 24 hour hold period has gone by it should be first come first serve.
