2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

First time buyer- My first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, the salesman Tyler Freeland made this whole thing go about as easy as possible. Everything was on my time, relaxed and not pressured at all. There were a couple things i wanted fixed on the vehicle before i purchased, they were done right away, no questions asked and when our work schedules didn’t line up, he stayed late for me to get things finished up. Very satisfied and will be a return customer. Would also send anyone I know in his direction to help find their next vehicle.

We were in the market to buy a new car recently. There was a certain SUV that caught our eye, so we decided to make a quick trip to CWA to check it out. The price that they had listed for the vehicle that we were interested in was already a couple thousand under book, but I still felt that I had to come in and low-ball them, as is customary with all of the other dealers I have dealt with over the years. I was working with Tyler, and he informed me that he doesn't haggle. The price is what it is, and it truly was a very fair price for the car that we bought, and we love it. There were a couple small issues that I found as I drove the car over the next couple weeks, but Tyler got our vehicle scheduled for these minor fixes right away. They truly went above-and-beyond to finish the repairs quickly and fully. It was the best vehicle buying experience I've had in my 30 years of buying and/or selling. I highly recommend CWA if you want a fresh break from dealing with the larger auto dealers in our area. You won't be disappointed!
