After a really disappointing experience with another local dealership that sold us an unreliable vehicle under false advertising (including claiming it was AWD when it wasn’t), we were extremely anxious walking into another car deal. The moment we connected with this dealership and team, everything changed. They stayed late just to make sure we had time to look at the vehicle without being rushed. We live 2 hours away so we weren’t even able to arrive until after they “closed”. The car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before we even arrived, and they encouraged us to take our time with the test drive. No pressure, no time limit, just full confidence in what they were offering. We did have to put gas in, but by that time we knew we were leaving with the vehicle so that was no issue. They were completely transparent, providing thorough documentation on the vehicle’s history and condition, and took the time to answer every single question we had. What stood out most was how they worked with us on the price to make sure it was what we could afford. We left with a vehicle we truly feel confident in, and more importantly, with trust in a dealership again. I can’t recommend them enough.
