Much nicer, more efficient, transparent, and communicative than Adam's Toyota. They also gave me a free car wash (even with rain showers expected). It may not seem like a big deal, but it's the little things that make a nice touch that will be remembered. Thanks Jay Wolf team! Top notch service. To Jay Wolfe Toyota, and especially Julianna up there, I hope you can see this, but we really love the 2020 rav 4 you sold us. So much in fact my mom and my father in law are talking when need a vehicle they want to come back. Julianna was outstanding and patient. She wasn’t pushy and helped make the right decision , and we appreciate it! When we are ready to buy again we will making a visit dealership.

I took my pretty car in for 7 am appointment yesterday. They were running a little behind but with my permission kept my car overnight. Communication was superior and my diagnostic was quick and painless. They worked to save me money and I left with preventative maintenance list to come back as I'm able.
