We give the team at Million Motors five stars and more if there was the option. My husband had been looking for a Jeep SRT for several months and happened to come across the one at Million Motors. We received a call back quickly since we had to leave a message due to them being closed. Our situation was unique because we live in Virginia and they are located in Adel, Iowa. We were not sure how willing they would be to work with us long distance. When Ian called to discuss the vehicle, I knew we were in great hands. He was honest and upfront about the history of the vehicle, which was so refreshing to hear. This team takes cars that have a story to tell and need a little TLC to be restored to a place where someone can love and appreciate the vehicle. We were able to Face Time with Ian to see the vehicle because we were not going to travel to Iowa to see the vehicle in person. Ian made sure we were happy with the repairs to the vehicle by sending videos of the finished product. Ian also helped us with the financing and arranging for transport of the SRT all while we were in Virgina. He was so patient with us, answering our endless questions throughout the process without hesitation and kindness. I was also in touch with Tyler, getting an immediate response by text message. This team truly knows the meaning of excellent customer service. We know there are so many others behind the scenes that had a hand in making this sale happen and we are so appreciative of all their efforts. My husband and I put a lot of trust in the Million Motors team purchasing a vehicle from halfway across the country without having seen it in person and had no hesitations throughout the process.
