2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

Went in looking for a vehicle for just my mom at the time. By chance asked a wonderful Salesman (Eric) what they had for decent deals on RAM’s at the time. He had me in the truck of my dreams within moments. He was extremely informative and a serious asset to the MOPAR brand with his knowledge and quick responses to my questions, all while making the experience as fun as possible. At every turn him and his sales crew made what I’ve normally seen as a tedious and nightmare situation, an absolute dream. Eric, Olivia, and Ty made this experience great for me and my family. Nothing but 5/5’s for Eric and his team. Y’all have truly changed how I see the car buying experience!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Jim Shorkey Youngstown. I worked with Eric who was just awesome! He was able to answer any questions I had. Had a lot of knowledge about the car I was buying. Never made me feel pressured and was able to get me what I wanted. The sales manager Chuck was also available to answer questions and definitely made for a relaxed, fun environment. Also, Deanna in finance was also awesome! They all valued your time and listened! Great experience, and I'm very happy with my car!
