To start off I was very impressed with how clean the lots was even though it had recently snowed. It shows lost of commitment from the managers making sure that the cars are presentable to the customers. The dealer stayed truth to his word holding a truck for me. When I arrived he had the truck clean and ready for me to test. Good customer service.
