On March 25, 2025, I had the most wonderful experience while New vehicle shopping. My 2008 JEEP LIBERTY had finally died on me, so I decided to go back to were I had purchased it. Thank God James Auto LTD was still in business . Upon entering with my husband , we received the warmest welcome from Mr. Jose a new car dealer. He had been emplyeed by Anna Smotrich the president, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Mr. Jose got us approved for a new vehicle (2011 Ford Explorer Limited) in just 15 minutes. Mr Jose and I completed the paperwork in under a n hour and On Monday, March 31,2025 our vehicle was ready. I couldn't thank Mr. Jose enough. He was an angel heavenly sent.
