2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4X4

When I first bought the car I had some issues because the mechanic would take longer than anticipated on the repairs, and my trunk was never fixed properly. I was supposed to get a new trunk and they ended up just taking out the dent and now I have trouble closing it. I decided to just leave it because I needed the car and the mechanic was not doing the job right. Other than that management and staff treated me well and worked with me when I couldn't make payments. I finally paid off the car and it runs smooth, so I'm glad that at least I have a sturdy car for a while even though the service I received from their mechanics in the beginning was horrible. I saw they have new mechanics now so hopefully no one will have a problem now. After a year and a half I am a happy customer and thank you for your service.
