AwesoAwesome experience, fast prompt service. I came from Battle Creek, I got into my appointment 15 minutes early, they serviced my vehicle and I left the service department 15 minutes early, outstanding job.
Upon arrival (10:30am after driving 2 hrs) I find out that the mechanic had a family emergency. They informed me that the mechanic should return within 20mins up to maybe a few hours. I decided to stick around to see how long it would be since I did drive the long distance for this. So I went to grab the grandbaby something to eat in the mean time. After making it back around 11:00am he had returned and was ready to service my vehicle. 45 mins later I was back on my 2hr journey home. You guys rock. Thank you.
