Going through a current remodel, but the sales group was very helpful. Came from 4 hours away to pick up a new pickup. I received a message on my Dodge Journey that the left rear directional lamp was out. I pulled into the repair area of the dealership a little before 1pm. Lunchtime on a Friday?? I wasn’t very optimistic. I sure was wrong! I was immediately approached by the gentleman at the desk. He had to quickly deliver a paper to a technician. In his 2 minute absence, at least 3 others asked if I needed help. WOW! I got checked in and went to the waiting area. No tome frame was offered and I didn’t ask. Being a Friday afternoon and lunchtime, I expected to be at least an hour and probably more. In less than a half hour, my car was finished. Wonderful service! Thank you!!

I had been looking everywhere for a used car for my daughter with no luck. But when I called Jeep of Columbus a young man named Cross said he had the perfect car for us. We drove out there from Salem and I absolutely loved the car! I didn’t even want to look at anymore! Our sales person’s name was Nicole and she was just amazing!
