2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4X4

Friendly and efficient staff. I was told the work being done would take 4 to 5 hours. I was an hour away from home, so at first I wasn't thrilled, but they had me in and out in a little over two and to make my wait more comfortable they had cushiony chairs and a beautiful and lovable dog to pet. Also the mechanic was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know after the job was done. Even though I don't live near here, I do recommend this auto shop for those who do or that need one of their specific services. I do want to mention that I did pay more than I was told I would by the specialist, but he was part of a different associated company and I don't hold the price against the shop.

It's hard finding a shop that is trustworthy now a days. RCS has certainly earned my trust over the past year! A year ago they replaced my transmission without issue! I just had them replace front wheel bearings, along with an alignment. They found a couple other issues with my brakes. They stayed in constant contact and had everything done in a reasonable time and did an excellent job all the way around! Would recommend to anyone who's in need of an vehicle maintenance or repair!!

I had an electrical issue affecting my turn signals Tasha was able to communicate with her Technicians and fit me into their schedule and back on the road the same morning. Thank you to the RCS Team.
