Chris Fitzgerald was really great in helping us find the vehicle we were looking for and with making the whole buying process super easy!

We needed a bigger family vehicle and my husband was interested in a Durango they had online. We test drove it and loved it. Then my husband spotted a traverse. We tested that one and knew it’s what we needed. The process of buying a car here was easy. We told our salesman what we were looking for, he quickly selected cars for us to test, and worked on paperwork quickly. I think we were there a little over an hour. We had our kids, a tween and toddler, with us. Our salesman included them in conversations. I loved that we had the option to have all our paperwork emailed to us instead of waiting for copies to be made. The only qualm we had was the car hadn’t been detailed before we left with it and the detail person had left for the day. We were offered the opportunity to bring it back for detailing but we were getting ready for vacation. We love that they have a lifetime power train warranty. We weren’t rushed into buying anything. We definitely recommend Autova to our friends and family.
