This place REALLY got me out of a jam! I was on my way to Milwaukee to go to work, which was 3 hrs away and my car broke down. They were booked pretty far out but a kind employee went out of his way to look at my car right away on his break and they quickly fixed the problem and got me safely on my way. The customer service all around was excellent as well! I was so grateful. Can’t say enough about how impressed I was w this shop…

I recently took our Ford truck in for service to have new brakes put on. While performing the requested service they found another issue with our Ford vehicle that needed attention but it had to be performed at a Ford dealership. Chad advised me they would take the car to the other dealership but it would have to be there overnight. I explained it was our only vehicle so he offered me the use of a loaner until my car came back from the Ford dealership. I felt Chad and Neuville went above and beyond to provide me with the best service. They made me feel that reassuring me for coming to them for my car’s service was important and that they wanted me to leave there as a satisfied customer. I was very happy with how Chad handled everything so effectively and professionally. We have been using Neuville for service on our vehicles for many years. Thank you and who knows you may have converted us to think about a switch to GM next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.
