We had a great experience at Jack’s VW in Saco. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesperson, Brooklynn Burns, was amazing. She was patient and answered all our questions. She understood what we were looking for and gave us a few options. We test drove a couple different vehicles which helped us feel the difference between the premier model and the sport model. There was no pressure from Brooklynn at all. I usually do not go into dealerships because my past experiences have not been good, but from the moment I walked in and met Brooklynn I felt at home. And Savannah Richard, the Business Coordinator, was great as well. She is very efficient and easy to chat with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car.

Since I was quite far away we were able to work out possible numbers over the phone so I had an idea about what I would be working with once I arrived at the dealership which was so helpful!
