2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4X4

Bryan was a wonderful salesman. It was 10 years since I bought my last Jeep so not an expert buying a vehicle. Bryan walked me through the whole process explaining everything the whole way. Helped with my insurance company changing vehicles etc. He made me feel like I was buying my Jeep from a friend. Jacki in financing was just as wonderful and they stayed an hour after closing to get me in my new Jeep. Wonderful experience all around. I love my new Jeep!

Marvin our salesperson found us exactly what we were looking for. He treated us well and fairly. The finance/title and warranty young woman was excellent. She made us feel extremely comfortable and took her time to explain everything so we were informed on all aspects of our purchase.

My car would not start, stranding me at the laundromat. I called I G Burton. They sent a tow truck that arrived in less than 10 minutes. Towed me there, then the shuttle driver drove me home. They called later and told me the problem. The part they needed may take up to 3 business days. It came the next day and I was home with my car in one day. They have always been so nice and helpful! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car!
