I can’t say enough good things about Gregg Young in Newton, Iowa. The last time my husband and I bought a vehicle we left with our heads spinning, this time was so different. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so kindly by the receptionist and met with Vanessa who listened to our needs, walked us through every step, and answered EVERY question honestly, kindly, and professionally, she was so easy to talk to, ask questions to, and it had felt like we had known her forever through this process. We highly recommend Vanessa! Mark helped us with our financing process, he was so kind and knew exactly what he was doing to find us the right options for us to purchase our new vehicle. Mark answered every question honestly, and gave us peace and reassurance through the entire experience. We felt confident knowing exactly what we had purchased and what our financing looked like and out of the options that were given to us Mark had found the best for our family! I actually make a point of leaving reviews when deserved both positive and negative. I appreciate my time and money and hope that those I do business with will be professional and do so likewise. Greg Young dealership left a very good taste in my mouth. I am a tad too details so I know some who might get frustrated with me . The dealership from Sales manager, Floor Sale person, and financing officer all acted in the most professional manor. No Razzle Dazzle but straight forward professionalism. I purchased a Ford Maverick Hybrid on 4-10-24. I had researched the vehicle , loan options , and extended warranties so I knew what I wanted and I was heard when I asked questions. Have you ever felt like someone was trying to force you into something like a square peg in a round hole. That is not the case with "Gregg Young's". I have purchased 13 vehicles in my 60 years and this has been the most pleasant experience above all. I drove two hours from the Quad Cities and it was worth it.
