2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4X4

Zach was able to pre-approve us for no money down before even heading up to the dealership! Once we got there we test drove a couple of cars. He was very nonchalant and wasn’t sales aggressive at all, taking the time to listen what we were looking for. Kelly in finance helped us get all of our paperwork done in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Jeff Massey was great to work with. Their facility was comfortable and nice, and my son had a place to play for the duration of the quick process. The car was at a great price, so I put down a holding deposit while we took care of the financing. All around, a very easy experience, and most importantly, any fees were plainly laid out, so I didn’t feel there was any they were trying to hide from me. Only thing, the detailing group could be a bit more “detailed”, but it was clean. I’ll post some pictures of the car after I got it home and detailed it over.

They took their time to make sure I was well taken care of. Dane and Kelly were very helpful and explained with detail everything I needed to know about the vehicle I purchased. Worth the time, quality vehicles and good service. Will come back to purchase another car for my wife.
