Rachel Eisele is simply the best (cue song)! She patiently helped me through the entire process of ordering my new Highlander Hybrid. Rachel was very honest about the long wait time and how difficult it was to get the exact one that I wanted. I know that I was a picky customer, and I appreciate her so much for her patience with me. She would respond to any questions I had and email/text me a response quickly. Rachel and the dealership also gave me a fair price for my trade in. Once the vehicle was here, she even took care of getting some additional work done on the vehicle before I went to pick it up so I would have to spend extra time taking it to different places for window tinting and paint protection. She walked me through and demonstrated all of the new technology in the Highlander too. If you need a salesperson to work with, just ask for Rachel, and you can’t go wrong.
